How should I finish the year with these 3 guys? And what should be my plan of attack for next season? They are my only 3 trainees right now so I have been hitting all single position training. Should I train Handling next or Jump Shot next or what?
I am attached to Player C and I think even with his Starter Potential once he is maxed out he can still be very useful to me until I win a D4 league. I also plan to add at least 2 more trainees in the draft or right after the draft and start 2 position training next season.

This week will be Pressure single position. After that I am open to all ideas..

If you want to continue single-position training them, rotate between JR, Handling and Passing for the rest of the season.

I wouldn't bother focussing on HN. It will come up naturally as you train other things (DV, PS, JS). Player C definitely needs some JR training so you could spend some time on that. Bringing up their passing a couple of pops would help too. But right now I would focus on getting their JR and JS up

Ok, guess I will rotate JR and PA the rest of this season. Then next season work on JS only. Would that be good?

That sounds about right to me. Next season I would rotate JS and DV and that way you will get HN up as well. Plus both JS and DV train in two positions by default so you can incorporate your new trainees easily. This is assuming you are making them into SGs or combo/balanced guards. If you want PGs I would train JS and PA for the first half of next season and OD and PA for the second half. Hmmmm, and if you want PGs you may want to throw 1 or two weeks on HN training in there despite what I said in my previous post.

I'm a big fan of driving and would personally put about half of my training into 1 on 1. That gives you relatively fast JS training as well for a secondary skill (4-5 weeks I believe).
