Should I sell him or keep him and train him?

Second guy looks a lot better even with the lack of inside skills. It would probably take about 12-13 weeks of one on one training for the first guy to catch up to him in JS/DV/HN, all of which are important guard skills. Second guy's shorter too... keep him and go with a passing heavy training schedule.

The 12-13 weeks was assuming 2 position training, which is all I run. Obv a little less if you 1 position train.

Ok... yea the second one probably has better guard stats and shorter... but I guess I'll keep the first one to be a backup.

Nononono dont do passing yet noooo, if your going to keep second guy(which is better decision) u gotta def do some OD, you need atlease strong or proficient OD on your guard by end of season! OD is more important then everything right now since its only medicore, you should do 2 pops OD, then do passing for 1 pop, then do OD again for 2 pops, the following seasons you can work more on Handling/Driving, since if u do HD it does some Driving, and also some passing. Hes a good trainee though I gotta say.Potential is ok, it could have been better. BTW you can sell the first guy for 150k-325k prob
