No matter what kind of training you're doing, what's taken in account is the training selected and time played on friday update, so there's no way to train two different things as you said. So answering the question, if he's already played 48 min at PG and you change the training to JS, he'll have a full train at JS on friday.

In IV leagues, high level doctors are mostly a waste of money, you don't depend that much on a single player to win(at least you shouldn't)

I think that a high level doctor may have a lot of value for you:

- if you have key players that cannot be injured w/o creating huge negative impact on your team (such as in POs)
- if you train players for U21 / NT or to generate money on the transfer list.

The value of a doctor is significant as you can read here (Level 4 doctor corresponds to level 8 before the reform):

(40900.10)

The first bit of question has been answered.
The second bit of question regarding the doctor. As far as I can remember, upgrading a doctor after somebody gets injured isn't going to minimize the duration of injury, thus there's no point in upgrading your doctor (unless you want to upgrade so that future injuries may not be as severe etc). Can somebody confirm on this? I'm pretty sure I've read a thread somewhere and people were saying something like this.

That is incorrect.

Upgrading to a higher doctor IS going to redcue the duration of the injury but just that its usually not going to help significantly enough. e.g it might reduce injury time by a day or 2 but nothing significant.

However, prevention is still better than cure so try prevent the injury from happening in the first place.

Ah really??? Is there any evidence on this? I, mylself, have never experienced my players getting injured, so I'm speaking what some managers have said. I'd like to find out more about this bit of information.

Straight from the game manual regarding staff:

Doctors help reduce the severity of player injuries. Once a player is injured, a Doctor will also help him heal more quickly, but the effect is much smaller than the initial reduction in severity.

So when a player is injured, upgrading a doctor will help heal more quickly but the effect is very small like 1 -2 days.

I did 1 on 1 pressure training this week.

Can you teach me how to do 1 on 1 pressure training?
