2 things:

1) Is there a limit for IV for how many are bought? I recently expanded from 10 to 15 and since then there have always been 13 boxes bought.

2) Do luxury boxes only count as 1 person for attendance? Like luxury boxes usually have multiple people (right?) and it seems like they only count 1 person from each?

1.) The limit is 50, but i don't think that this will make sense for your league. But i am quite sure with te right prices you could sell your boxes. The VIP visitors are pretty predictable, you rarely see a difference in their numbers except you change the prices/promote etc.

2.) yes there are alway single boxes
