if your opponent as a good player, a SF... what defense should i play ? let's say, that you are better on everyother position, except on the SF... which defense should i play ?

Well it really depends on the offense of the other team. If your opponent is using inside focused offense, you'd want to playe 2-3 zone (though some managers say 3-2 zone is better) and if your opponent is using outside focused offense, you'd want to play 3-2 zone. The role of SF can change depending on that.
But if I were in that situation, I'd probably use 3-2 zone or man to man.

lol, sorry, i totally forgot to say, that he uses the tactic "movement"(i don't know if this is the correct word in english, i just translated it). i am thinking, of playing man to man, and my guard would play in the defence as a SF. would that be good ? or should i rather choose 3-2?

lol "movement"...hmm let me think...right, I'm pretty sure your opponent plays "Motion", since the word "motion" could be described as "movement" in other context.
If he plays motion, generally speaking, his outside offense will be better, so I'd say use 3-2 zone, if your Man to Man rating in outside defense cannot stop their outside offense. Motion is mid-range - outside focused, so SF does play an important role there (although I think SF is important in all the offense anyways). I'd go with 3-2 zone, if your opponent's inside and rebounding aren't that good.

use a 3-2 defense hen. Your guards will face him on he outside as well, and they are sronger then.
