if i loose cup game Tuesday, will i be able to participate to Thursdays scrimmage? from last season i remember, that in Wednesday you could not accept scrimmages...

Yes u can u just have to find an opponent fast as u won't have much time. Your best bet might be to find someone from your country who also lost there cup game.
