I think I have found a way to figure out a players actual salary. I used the salary calculator which said my trainee should be around 12k salary, so i thought about it and though couldnt you just at the start of a season use the salary calculator and use that number you get and put it into this formula Starting salary/Salary calculator salary= % and then multi ur players estimated salary by%( what ever number you get ,0.829835082458770614692653673163 is what i got but i dont think it works out since I did it just today.) id like to know your thoughts on this

It's probably more complex than just being reduced by a certain percentage. I don't doubt that this method will find a more accurate salary, though.

ya there is always sublevels....so we will probably never know it atleast not until the bb's decide to share(not happening) or sub levels could be just plain taken out of the salary

actually, it's not a percentage, but an exponent, and Josef Ka has found out that one at the vers beginning of the season... just download the newest version of the coachparrot and look it up.

There's still a large discrepancy for some of my higher salaried players e.g. actual salary at 24k but projected at 29k by coachparrot
