1 on 1 training and the Driving skill isn't just for lay ups i think u have the wrong idea about that. Driving can create better outside shots also.

The player is a great size to train as a SG. I would rotate between JS/JR, OD, and PS. I would place an emphasis on OD and JS/JR because he most likely will end up being a SG rather than a PG and his passing already is not a liability for a SG. I would also train FT this week so he can end up making 1 out of every 20 that he attempts at pitiful.
