I propose to make it more convenient to move leagues. Because it is not convenient to search a third and lower leagues.
I propose to make such as when selecting countries. To make a list of all leagues in the country.

I think the drop down menu with all the leagues the best option. Because <-- DII.2 --> requires a lot of clicks to reach such III.15 or IV.30...
