I am confused about what to train. I thought I would concentrate on 1 position training OD and maybe JR this season. Get the OD and JR which is hard to one position train done first. Then next season I will train JS / 1v1. Isn't passing easy to train with short guys? Also people have told me about finishing statistic. I don't really know how to count that or what it means..

edit: I Want to train 2 position for next season, so i can buy 2 trainee to train along side... and resell for some $...

lots of passing in my eyes, at least two of your player lack in it, and also for the third one some level of passing wouldn't be bad.

No. Only passing training improves PS.

No, neither 1-on-1 or JS training trains passing as a secondary as far as I know. The good news is that PS can be trained up pretty quickly if you focus on it. Half a season of one-position training in PS should get you 4-5 pops if the training conditions are ideal.
