I am curious if i should do more in the JR department or if that is ok where it is.... also any other advice would be appreciated. thanks. i currently am working on getting his JS somewhere between 16-20.

no im looking to build a franchise type player. a guard that no matter what is tossed at him he can still carry my team when needed. basically at this point any pop on JS or JR is gonna be around 10k +/- a few sheckels.

I would hit passing and JS for the remainder of this season because 3/4 pops between those two is going to be as expensive as 2 JR pops. You want to get more out of him for less, and those 4 pops are financially more efficient. Next seaosn when you are in better promotion position, you can do a lot of JR because if you promote to Div II then that salary won't be a killer, unlike how it would be if you did it this season.

i wouldn't make the gap betwen JS and JR bigger, personally one diensional JS just work properly in the post.

But anyway, i won't train shooting at this point and would push his passing.

I would also go with 2-3 more pop-ups in PS and whenever it suits me i would give 2 more pop-ups in ST and FT.....
Then i would train JR and JS (i try to keep the gap beetwen these skills at 2-3 points)...
