Yep, he is a nice trainee, don't worry much about his potential, a star potential player could reach +-35k, that's a pretty solid player.
You should get a level 4 trainer with low salary (it won't cost much) and probably 1 or 2 trainees, that don't cost much also, try to look for star+ potential and some nice starting skills ;)

thank you, so in terms of OD there is no option for that on the training list, i can assume that is pressure?

there is an option there to train PG, PG/SG, PG/SG/SF

which one do i choose? i thought i would only need to train that guy only, which is for only PG

sorry mate, trying to learn the ropes

Yep, it's Pressure. You should train only PG because you have only 1 good player to be trained. Try to make him have 48+ minutes on a game so he can get full training ;)

Probably when he reaches strong in OD, you should change the training for JS, until he reaches respectable.

I would Train Preassure until he reaches 14. This will take a long time, but you will have it out of the way, and it will never have to be trained again. Preassure and JR are the slowest skills to train.

Training that much OD is just pointless. He will have a player that isn't very good on offence and, the difference between 10 and 14 OD in div.IV isn't that big. Yes Pressure it's one of the slowest skills, but it's not like it takes 4 weeks to train when he is 20 or 21. It's better to have a balanced player that could attack and defend.

Pretty good. But his ID is a killer at atrocious.

Not worth digging it out either with his skill cap and height.
