It's strange. In the last training three players have increased ISH but two players of them in fact have lost quality becoming weak in this skill. The arrow must be red and not green and in any case I don't know why they have lose skill levels.

Not a bug, most likely.

Older players lose skills.

What happended?
In the last training I lost all green arrows that I had this week and all the skill of the players trained remained unchanged ...

I am sure, that I saw some green arrows last friday morning

It's strange.

green arrows indicate that player already pop his skill

when the arrow apears again will mean a new pop this week

sorry but when a skill growth i see a green arrow near the skill until next training, this week i lose the green arrows and the skill increment
