you can train him if you want.. or sell for cheap price. but if you can have one or two trainees besides him train them along!
1st train his jump range until respectable then do some one on one guards training. then train his primaries/

but ill go for SELL.. because he`s 20yrs old next season you can always buy good 18yrs old trainee than him next season. =P

Someone once told me I needed to face fear to get over it, and I thought well why not take a step further and cut my fear into little pieces then set my fear on fire then throw the hot ash of my fear into a lake and then poison the lake. Simple!

He'll never be a U-21 and he probably will never make the NT either but you can still train him into a decent player for your club.

Check the Suggestions they are important

Sell him. He will be 20 soon and he will never live up to his potential anyway.

Sell him and use the cash to buy some new 18 year old trainees once the season starts
