I have been a bit obsessed with the small forward position lately. Now I have some money to spend and been trying to find a good small forward, but I think it's difficult why I now consider spending the cash on a point guard instead. Do you think it's more important having a good point guard than a small forward?

i think sf is the most well rounded position overall. You should take advantage of this. if you buy a good well rounded sf you can create a good mismatch to your opponents sf because most sf are inside based or outside based. I rarely see a inside/outside sf. in case you buy one get one with a high driving so he can abuse the mismatch.
i used to have this problem, i didnt know which one to buy a pg or sf. I bought a pg. my old pg only averages 4 assists per game, the new one makes 6 assists per game. 2 assist doesnt really make much of a difference. So i think you should just buy a sf then just train a pg. Pgs are alot easier to train.

A small forward can be important but quality SFs are far and few between in this game. A PG is better money spent.

I think wengweng have a point in that it's hard training small forwards. I have two younguns I'm training to hopefully become legit point guards. I have a superior trainer but it's been going slow and they're not advancing the way I hoped. Do you think one of these have potential to become a legit point guards? Or should I give up and buy one?

Then I am also training my young small forward in hopes of him turning into a legit small forward. He has had some 9,5-10,0 ratings, but should I keep on training him?

Thanks for your advices.
