Do injuries update every game or once a week? I have a second round match I could win if my opponents star center doesnt play. he is injured for one week. What is the likelihood he will be back for the next playoff game?

I believe i read that a 1 week injury could last anywhere from 1 to 13 days. Theres no way to tell when he'll be back.
