i've gotten lot of advice on not training game shape, but i just want to know if training game shape actually help at least a bit in game shape? this week i really want to win this playoffs so does it help pop the game shape of my players if i train my game shape?

Training game shape helps train game shape. So if you train game shape, expect the game shape to improve and the players to be in better game shape shape in games.

It really helps your players' performance on the court. If you don't mind losing a few weeks of skill training, I think it's a good idea.

If you are not to concered about training specific players and don't mind if your trainees in your team to go a week without a skill increase, then go ahead and train gameshap as increased game shape will improve your teams performance.

And have in mind that game shape resets at start of seson. For these seson game shape reset will be on April 18th.

Yeah I have read numerous times from guys that have played a long time that 60 mins is the magic number to be around. So I agree with Hardon.

Anything between 48 - 70 should be enough to keep your gameshape to at least Strong.
