a lot of people actually try and train 6 players. It takes a lot of minute juggling but can be done.

I do 5, but it's usually like 4 1/2
But hey, 1/2 is always better than zero.

Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score

i train 6 players on guards positions and they all get 40 + min per week. so,yes it is possible to have (almost) perfect training for 6 players. 5 players must get 48+ min every week.

i try 6, but i make sure my 2 most important ones get above 48, if one of the others is near 40 its enough for me. the bad thing is if you got a very big pointdifference in a game (lead by 20) then the starters take a holiday in the last quarter.
other thing if i put my best as starter with the worst in second line then the starter often gets 47/48 mins in one game.

I usually get 5 players above 48 minutes, and 1 25-35 minutes.

His outside shooting did still outperform your perimeter defense.

I try to train six, always get four to 48, rarely get the others to that magic goal. Since my #5 trainee is a draft pick, not getting a full 48 has not stopped him from popping the first round of training at each skill, but that won't last once I begin to repeat the rotation, I fear.
