Hi guys.

So I've been playing a little while now and I'm currently in Division IV. My question is.... to get promoted, and compete at D III level, is it better to have a good group of players, solidarity at every position, or have one superstar player (like a PG) ? I'm guessing to get promoted, you need a good group....

I'm just a little confused about what to do. I want to train up my PG into a great player, but my current salary restrictions will work against me when his salary increases. I believe I'm solid (for D IV) at the other positions, but to keep this PG's salary I may have to cut down on the other positions...... The other way to do it is train him up a little more, and then work on increasing the other positions a little bit too....

Just want to get others' thoughts. Sorry if this has a fairly obvious answer that I'm just not seeing.

For now I would just keep training that PG, he shouldn't be too much for at least another season or two, and hopefully you can promote in that time as it looks like you have a solid team.

keep doing what you're doing. In discussions i've had with some of the games top managers outside defense seems to be the king of all things so just make sure your trainees have good outside d and you'll promote soon enough.

Sweet. Thanks guys. Outside D is actually what I'm training right now so it can be sky high by the middle of next season for several of my guys. Much appreciated
