For players you are training, you just kind of have to know with their training. If an 18 year old, 6'1" player doesn't pop in OD for two weeks, he probably has a very high sublevel. On the other end of the spectrum, if you are trying to get your secondaries up on your bigs, and a 7'3", 26 year old player pops in OD, his sublevel was probably very high before, but very low after the pop.
