I won my league,is there a financial bonus for winning or just what revenue you get from each playoff game? Also, i want to change the name of my team where do i do that?

U will recieve 300k bonus if this is your first promotion into D.III.

From the game manual
To help the newly promoted teams compete in the higher leagues, promoting teams will now receive a one-time bonus.


This means if it is your first time getting promoted to that league you will recieve a promotion, if you promote to a league then get demoted and then promote back up you will not recieve a bonus...

one-time bonus here just means that they get it once per promotion, not over the course of several weeks as opposed to the sign-up bonus which gives extra money each week for the first month or so. But whenever you promote, even if you were relegated in between, you'll get the promotion bonus.
