Could someone please give me some hints as to what skills are best for each positions? I don't know anything about basketball positions.

It depends a lot on what style you want to play but as a general rule the first 6 skills are important for PG and SG and the next 4 are better for PF or C. SF is kind of an all-around position and could use all skills, or could emphasize your style of play. If you want to stress outside scoring than the SF could have skills similar to your Guards, if you want to play in inside style than he should probably be better in the inside skills like the PF or C.

Jump Shot / Jump Range
Outside Def / Handling
Driving / Passing

Next 4:

Inside Shot / Inside Def
Rebounding / Shot Blocking


Stamina and free throw are pretty much equally useful for all positons.
