Hello guys :)

For managers want to be next U21 coach..

1) in your opinion, what will be your most important things you should do when you get elected?

2) Do you think you can train at least a young player or two for ghana U21 and NT?

3) are you going to encourage your friends to train ghana U21/NT players? what will be your methods doing so?

4) How important do you think it is for a small country like ghana to save good talents every Monday from bot teams? .. and I mean players that have at least superstar potential (level 8) and good skills/salary and 18/19 years old only.

5) Have you skype or msn messenger so we can discuss tactics with me and other ghana managers? I will love to do this because I am very interested in helping U21/NT.

6) our U21 coach Cobra made an excellent work and have an outstanding information about all african teams players and our own players all over the world.. also he has excellent knowledge about many other things concerning this job.. how well do you think you can co-operate with him in the future? .. getting his database of our players all over the world is a must i think.. you think you can get that? did you contact him?

7) Did you notice ghana U21 is too bad in center/power forwards position? its ridiculously bad.. exactly like i said last 3 seasons on this forum.. we have no centers now in U21.. this will put you in very bad position when you become U21 coach this next 2 seasons..
Now the question is: what will you do about it? do you plan to train a center or two for U21 or may be one of your close friends who you trust to solve this big problem may be?

8) Being a U21 coach, you will be supplier for NT players to NT team.. how important do you think it is to follow MVP, hall of famer and all time great players of ghana considering that they are very rare indeed.. I seen many of those not getting trained in NT team roster..

hehe.. i know it was long.. sorry for that :P waiting replies and we can continue discussions after replies then hopefully :D

Good luck everyone :))

first, next draft. there will be many young players which will be the future of ghanian u21 nt, especially for seasons 18 and 19. I cannot renounce to grow up these players, looking just the players of next 2 seasons.
after, convene a team appropriate for the African tournament...

2) Do you think you can train at least a young player or two for ghana U21 and NT?

I could, but only if it's necessary, beacause I not love to call up my players in NT...but it will be my work to find very good trainers for them...like scout of last NT mandate, I done already this kind of job..

3) are you going to encourage your friends to train ghana U21/NT players? what will be your methods doing so?

at first question I answered at point 2...for second question, I think is very important the one position training...this is my request when I indicate a good young player to a manager.

4) How important do you think it is for a small country like ghana to save good talents every Monday from bot teams? .. and I mean players that have at least superstar potential (level 8) and good skills/salary and 18/19 years old only.

It's an important part of our job, but not ever we can do that...when we are in playoffs of a continental or intercontinental competition, we must look at our TS and not ever we can save all the young players...in last mandate jamamoto help us for doing that, because NT have no playoffs in continental competition.

5) Have you skype or msn messenger so we can discuss tactics with me and other ghana managers? I will love to do this because I am very interested in helping U21/NT.

yeah, I have an msn account..It's not a problem for me to discuss on tactics with you and other ghana managers..the important thing is to discuss that not on public forums...it will be a mistake..

I don't think I must answer at this question. I know everything Cobra know and I will be in contact with him, because he's my friend..

7) Did you notice ghana U21 is too bad in center/power forwards position? its ridiculously bad.. exactly like i said last 3 seasons on this forum.. we have no centers now in U21.. this will put you in very bad position when you become U21 coach this next 2 seasons..

the problem is that none in Ghana train tall players. so every active manager like you, draft small players and tall players are drafted by bot teams...so we lost him...I have to convince first of all someone of ghanian managers to draft tall players and train him (or, at least, sell him...in this case I will find a trainer for them)

8) Being a U21 coach, you will be supplier for NT players to NT team.. how important do you think it is to follow MVP, hall of famer and all time great players of ghana considering that they are very rare indeed.. I seen many of those not getting trained in NT team roster..

precisely because they are rare, I think I must talk with jamamoto (or the next NT coach) about their training...there are many of stars, all-stars, perennial stars or superstars potential to train for u21, so I think it's correct to leave te decision about the train of mvp or over potential at jamamoto and his staff, but it will be monitored by my staff for u21 too...

thank you

Question:
Those who are running for Ghana U21 NT spot who served on the previous administration, how can you justify running when you did a job that was clearly poor, and not justified for the nation of Ghana?

Simply a question from an observer of Ghana, I myself am not running out of disgust towards the previous coaches.

I din't understand your question, because you are the only person who think that our job was poor...
In my opinion (it's the opinion of ghanian people too, looking at manager approval rating) we did a great job, because is not simple to do better in a nation with an average of 15 active manager, but I will try that...

but if you want to cadidate at the elections, you can propose a better solution...I hear you...

Nope I was only running if the previous administration cleared the way, if they think they did a good job then I will patiently wait as I want no interference when I run from poor managers.

if you like that -_-

I'm sorry I don't understand what you're saying here/right now?

You also asked people to ask you questions in this thread, which is what i'm trying to do, I also noticed you sort of cheated in some of your answers/avoided the questions, if this is the close-minded manager Ghana has running then it is in not good shape.

you didn't say in what our job was wrong and the results poor...just that...it's your opinion, not a question...and I say you that for 2 months in this forum...

Hopefully Ghana will not be ruined too badly in 2 seasons where I can hopefully attempt to run, so here i'll ask you another question:

What is your offensive & defensive philosophy?

my philosophy is simple...every game is different than others...the study of our opponents is a very important part of the job...after, I can do tactical evaluations...monothematic tactics are counterproductive, especially in NT games...
