So I just started BB and it seemed that the team I took over for was in first place and promoted me into a league in which i will get demolished every game. Any tips on what I should do this season?

invest into the draft as much as possible; you'll get a nice pick.

also, expand your arena and focus on training your best young guns. If you'll lose anyway, you don't need to focus on playing players the "right" position.

decide who/what you will train, invest heavily in the draft, and use a portion of your revenue to build up your arena. This is a good time for you to stockpile some extra cash because you will most likely not have anywhere near the salary of many in the league. This could actually be a big blessing for you. Make sure you stick to a plan that is a big thing.
