I also posted this in help but no awnsers yet, I don't want to do anything until I understand my options.

Hey, I drafted the two top guys. I also previously bought the two C's underneath them. Can some people help me out and give me some direction or advice on my situation. Should i get a lvl 5 trainer and train 1 postion the 6-4 C and 6-8 SG in guard skills? Should i sell them because I can't train them properly or be able to keep them. Should I train guy number three with them and train guard or big men skills? Another option someone new wouldn't know? Its hard for me to decide because I don't know the long term possible outcomes of the decisions. Anyone who can give me some help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Those guys are great and I would have killed to have drafted the MVP, however he has massive issues. Horrible JS and JR and bad OD mean he will take a long time to train. However when you do he willl always have the good secondaries which can be a bonus/ I think he is a bit small to make into a SF but if you are keeping the 6'8" superstar then I don't see a lot of potions for you.

I think with a lot of patience you can turn the MVP into your franchise player. I would sell the rest use the money to get a good trainer and two more good quality trainees.

I guess the other (not recommended) path would be to make the MVP into a small forward and do his inside skills this season along with the best two other big guys you have. I wouldn't do this.

Selling the SG is an option but for a price where I could buy 2 ,allstar+ other trainees who will fit training wise with the MVP. Otherwise if I'm doing 1 position training the other spots will be wasted. Is what I said true or is it that the SG and C are at two polar opposites that one would be more valuable selling? I don't want to be left with an MVP and two star's.

you can always buy a third guard trainee and spend 1 season doing 1 pos training for them and then its still not too late to sell the MVP.

the MVP guy is not too short to be a SF if your just turn him into an outside SF/ SG with good secondaries.

Im thinking long term, selling the MVP would be a good decision also and is also a great idea, but I want to use these two players as the core of my team for a long time. They have good seven years of training infront of them. Yea an outside Sf/Sg with good secondaries sounds good. Wish i could fast forward to take a look at them done. Oh yea and im looking for a third trainee to go along with them now, i was thinking at least allstar potential.

you will need a good trainer and smash JS/JR as well as OD for at least a season.

I like level 5 since you got 2 great trainees might as well go for a good one I would generally advice getting level 5 if you got even just 1 really good trainee but you got 2 high potential trainees which benefits more. also with high potential, you can train for longer thus you want to get high level trainer to cap them or as close as cap as possible.

I want a lvl 5 trainer but the issue for me i the monumental purchase fee and 2x more salary then advanced. also I will have to replace him every year as the salary rises and will have to pay another huge fee. Ill probably begin with an advanced trainer and pick a lvl 5 trainer as soon as i can afford one.

or you can replace those higher salaries trainers every half a season or so.... but I dont know... its up to you since the D4 pay is crap as... but you dont really need any players at all so you could win with some aussie scrubs anyways.

you can also cut back on the scouting in order to pay for a trainer as well PR manager since your winning like crazy, PR manager is not needed at all until playoff time if your against another active manager then you might want their specialty.
