what is the best tactics to make subs play more? i want deep rotation...
let coach deside? or somethin els? sory for my engles...

I would go with strictly follow depth chart. Though if your starters have good stamina, they will play a good amount regardless of tactics set.

what is the best tactics to make subs play more? i want deep rotation...

starters with low stamina and/or best players as rotations...
or... try to win with garbage time :)

in general I would go more for coach picks from DC than strictly follow DC

One idea I'm toying with if there's a guy you want to train but not play in live games, bench him for league games and play him in scrimmage without a backup assigned, using depth chart. Barring injury/foul trouble, guarantees him as close to 48 minutes as he can get.

And if your opponent plays one of the slower paced options, your starters will also stay on the court for more minutes, and nothing you can do will alter that, it seems.
