I think that farm teams are ruining the national team competition.
So, my suggestion is, if a player has over 50% or 60% of a team total salary, they have to pay a serious tax to try to minimize and punish the existence of these teams.

a) define farm teams
b) what is the problem?
c) if a team wants to rebuild but for any reason (nostalgia, special combination of skills) wants to keep one or two of its stars, why not?
d) I guess many of those users were going to leave the game but stayed this way
e) making non-expensive,affordable nt players is the key
f) with those 400k players in the game, are you sure you know what would be the impact of your suggestion (the 50%)?

I personally have no problem with monster getting out of the game but with NT it is (opr should be) a longterm path, things shouldn't change often and not from season to season.

a) A farm team is a team that usually just has one good player, from their own country. They have the objective of training him and keeping him with good gameshape in order to help the NT. For example (95152)
b) The problem is that this is unfair to communities who don't have users that are willing to take this strategy. I often believe that these farm teams are second accounts, because I don't believe that there are so many managers that are just willing to train one player, and keep losing every game on their league.
c) if they have 2 players with high salary it's fine. If a team wants to rebuild with just one player, then that player becomes unable to be selected for the NT while he has over 50% of the team salaries.
d) There could be a small number of users that were doing that, I even met someone who was going to do this, but I can't believe that every farm team is a type of team that was going to quit but then decided to become a farm.
e) Don't disagree on that.
f) I'm saying 50% but it was the first value that came to my mind, it could be 60% or 70%, I was throwing a number out there.

Countries with a high number of players, are able to have more success, because of these farm teams.

As you know, i agree with you at 100%.
Despite this being just a game, i am sure BB´s want to keep it close to reality.
And in real life, those type of teams simply do not exist.
I guess that something must be done to stop this.

Lietuva NT do have "farm" teams. i agree. but is this a problem? those salary monster's of our NT never won any competition. the problem is the community. it's very hard to convince them, that they need better players not bigger salary's. i tried it several times, always failed. so this goes on... although as i know better players are being trained, but i'm just not sure how better they will be, and how nt manager will handle this.

Yes is a problem because it takes away the fairness of the competiton. And actually my main worry is not Lietuva but yes China, it's just plain ridiculous how many farms exist, just look around their II-IV leagues and you will see. Of course they are the best national team, the managers join the game, don't buy anything for a couple seasons, then go crazy on a level 7 trainer and one chinese trainee. Who wants to play the game to do this? That's why I believe so many farms are 2nd accounts and should be banned from this game.

ok, you have a point here, i agree a little. but maybe this should not end in bans. maybe there could be some transfer salary cap according to division you are in? 1st - no cap, 2nd - players with max 150k can be bought, 3rd - 120k, 4th - 100k?

I'm not accusing anyone, just saying that I can't see myself doing the same thing unless it was my second account.

I think the BB's should work on this subject to make things the most fair possibly for all the NT. It's one thing having a 150k player on division II to be competitive and it's another diferent being a farm who doesn't care about winning games.

I believe Italy have some farms themselves but that was a very good win, congratulations ;)

Second Team:
Jirkov
1- make the NT player sustainable (maybe paying an half of the wage?)
2- try to avoid farm teams as it was proposed (more than XX% you will pay a lot)

1 - it doesn't seem to me as a good solution, there are now quite high merchandise money from NT players. This would cause lobbing of many managers for their players just to pay half of their salaries. And it there are 2 similar player one at NT, another one not at NT, one would be given great advantage.
2 - it would not stop farm teams, it would just caused change from 1 player farms to 2 players farms
