The minimum requirements are slightly different. Fact is that there were a lot more prospects in England, which gave me the possibility to be more demanding. I have only spotted twelve (!!!) 18-year-old prospects, and nineteen 19-year-old prospects with a potential equal or higher than Allstar :-S. So, we'll have to focus on those 31 players (as well as on those who have a potential of Star) and bring them as close as possible from the requirements.
Now, to be honest, the requirements for the Cs/PFs are almost the same as they were in England, because it is the easiest spot to train. The requirements for the PGs, SGs, and SFs, however, are slightly lower. The reason is that our prospects have a lower potential (for some reason Luxembourg players with a high potential were almost all drafted by bots, and I have no way to "save" them from the dustbin).
You got a very good idea there, DSH. We should, indeed, work on a training schedule for each spot so that each and every manager who owns a Luxembourg player could train them as efficiently as possible. I'll work on it this week-end, most probably.
