what's his age, height and potential? Nice player anyway.

from what I can see, I'd train his OD to tremendous, and then either his Passing to prolific or his ID to sensational.

some improvement in the FT department won't hurt either.

Age and height will be a crucial factor for training. I have two simlar players like this... for your case, my suggested focus is OD and PS. ID would come after.

Considering he is 6'3 I say work on his outside skills... Like OD an PA..

why would our opinions not be honest when you give us that info? In any case, we can give better info since his size determines where to develop him further, and his age and potential determine how far he can be developed. Right now he's a SF, but with his purported size, I'd rather make him a well-rounded SG. Either way, his OD must increase. If you make him a SF, his ID has to be raised, too, and if you make him a SG, his JR should be improved. If you want to make him a PG, his Passing must increase.

he's rather limited as a PF, and will not train well for that with his size anyway.

how long did it take you to get his inside shot, rebounding, and inside defense that high for a 6'3" player? How many estimated weeks of training did that take you, and with what level trainer?
