thought it might be a good idea to post some examples of when this is a ggod tactic to run.

so some examples of it working well would be good.

also if any team has used it a solid explanation on how it exactly works here on bb would be helpful as well

oh it isnt directly for me , the threads more more for people to read so they can see examples of what 1-3-1 does , who plays where and what not.

I always interpreted it as

PG
SG-C-SF
PF

since the C here will be the only one not defending on the perimeter while trapping.

I might be wrong though.

Check out Canberra Crusher's Season 14. (The season you tanked D2).

He played 1-3-1 zone for pretty much the whole of the second half of season + playoffs
