If I log onto BB at a library or a place like that..Is my account at risk of getting banned if someone else at that library plays BB?

That's what I'm doing right now, should I be worried. I thought I saw another guys computer on BB, though I'm not entirely sure.

My big brother wants to start a team too , and we only have one computer.....we defenatly wont trade players since i kinda hate him :P will I get banned? cause i realllly dont want to
