i have a hall of famer small forward who is 22, what should i train him in? and should i focus completely on training him, or should i balance it out more?

at 22, he won't have any chance of fulfilling his potential. Even if he was an all-star potential guy, and even less so for a HoF guy. If you have younger guys with some potential, rather focus on training them.
