Scouting Combine: Every player in the upcoming draft class will show up to be measured. You can send a scout to the combine to learn the ages and heights of all 48 players in the upcoming draft class.

Scouting Combine gives a part of the results that you normally have to pay enough points to Interview a player to find out. This is very useful if you're looking for younger players to draft or looking for specific heights.

Group Demonstration: In order to help get their names out there, all of the players your scout estimated to be 1-ball or 2-ball prospects have offered to arrange a demonstration of their skills. This option is equivalent to scouting each of these players once, though it will not provide any additional information for players you have already scouted.

Group Demonstration will do the equivalent of spending one scouting point on all the players in your list that show 1 or 2 grey balls. So for 10 points you'll gain the effects of 18 points worth of scouting (since there are 18 1 or 2 ball players)

Note that these extra scouting tools are normally only available after the All-Star game midseason.

So the Scouting Combine will only scout 1 player? or the whole class?

The grey balls are an estimation from your scout as to how good that particular player is in comparison to the rest. Take note though that everyone's chart is different. Your player #48 (1 ball) could be someone else in the league's player #2 (5 balls). The reason that they're different is that the two different team's scouts heard different rumors about the player's skill. You find out how good the player *really* is compared to the rumors by scouting and interviewing the prospect. So it's kind of debated as to whether the grey balls actually mean anything.
