okay i just did a pretty stupid thing- i bought a superior trainer with a 60000 weekly salary. i just used almost all of my money bidding on players, and now my net income is -15,000. my next home game is in 2 weeks. i got rid of all my scouting. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

cut some players your lower end players won't even sell for anything.

Otherwise what I would suggest is to sack your superior trainer after the training update. You don't need a superior trainer and especially not one with such high salary. Stick with a advanced trainer. You would be much better off as their salary is only around 15k meaning you would have an extra 45k and you don't lose out on that much on training as you don't have any really good players to take advantage of a lvl 5 trainer anyway.

i read somewhere that the difference between a l5 & l6 trainer is about 2-5%

important for a nt player

but if you are making a player for your team an extra 45k a week would be worth a lot more

you can make quit nice profit with average trainies ,and you should consider when youre rushing in to bying high potential player

1 can you train him to his maximum
2 do you have ,good enough trainer
3 can you afford that kind of a player in youre roster
4 when youve decide to sell him would it be proffitable or youre just overpaying for a rookie
i can give you example im in a div 3 where the average salary is around 20k in the higher div is 40-50 k
i got 2 trainies multiskiled one with star and the other with perenial allstar potential ,even if i buy a HOF or ATG players
1 i cant train them well enought to be profitable to spend 1-2 mil on trainie,i cant handle the salary increase i would be faced within 2 seasons ,even if i could theyll be still behind in training, and i wouldnt be cost effective to continue training them with lower level trainer ,while i could get those 2 guys to say 30k salary max and spend better those money for raising my arena and buying 2 regular starters for less
