I tried to set it up so that messages could be sent from BB to my phone. When I put in my phone number, it sent the confirmation message to me, but when I try to open it, it says "Failed to play picture msg"

What does that mean and how do I get the confirmation code so that I can get messages?

My friend had the same problem, I dont think he ever managed to find out what was wrong
