wow, nice guy. I'd actually advise to make him a PF though, as his utter lack of Shot Blocking ability will hurt less, and he'll give you more on the market if you need to sell him. Big Men get expensive pretty fast. Perhaps even consider making him a SF.

The training plan for PF and C would only differ for the first season though. For a PF, train his Jump Shot to proficient and his Driving to respectable. Perhaps also his Passing, if there is time left. For a C, train his Rebounding and Shot Blocking for the entire season, both up to about strong. Again, if there is time left, train his Passing a bit.

Either way, continue training his inside skills primarily afterwards. A rotation of about 2 weeks Rebounding, 2 weeks Inside Defense and 2 weeks Inside Shot (rinse and repeat) would probably do the trick. Stamina Training during the AllStar Weekend would be necessary, and a little Jump Shot and Driving Training when you're out of the Playoffs (or when he has reached the desired inside skills) won't hurt either.

For a SF, train his OD and Passing for this season, and his OD, Passing and JR for next season. Train his ID and IS once he's 20, and his JS, Driving and Rebounding when he is 21. Finish him by again giving him JS training. Whenever you're primarily training One Position but have a week with only two games, consider training either his Stamina, Rebounding, Driving or JS.

Hope this helped a little.
