Well looks like a fair few teams have been hoarding some cash and some teams are now listing some of their better players.

When are we going to raise the threshold for Free Agents...

I'd like to see a new 9k limit and then lets watch this market take off....

I see a $3mil + purchase was made today - which if you think about it is absolute madness....lets slow up the supply as the demand increases!!!

woohoo!

u want to stop the inflation by raising the threshold???????

raising the threshold => less players on the market => even though the players will be sold for a bit more, in general less money will be spend on the market, cause fewer players will be sold => less money is be taking out of the game due to free agents boughts and on average lower salary will be paid => the community will have more money to spend on => inflation will increase => the same player previously sold for 3Mio now will be sold for like 6Mio

if u want to stop inflation u have to take more money out of the game.
the problem at the moment is, the salaries are still pretty low, compared to the income of managers in higher division.
so u can either take more money out of the game to stop inflation (e.g. raising salary or putting more free agents on the market) or by decreasing the income (e.g. less tv income in higher divisions)

edit: when i first read your post I thought u were ironic, but now I read the post again and it seems that I probably misunderstood your post.
why do u want inflation?
I am sure thats something the BBs and most manager woul not like.

As far as I remember that player had
prolific rebounding,
proficient or prominent defense and strong or proficient inside shooting, along with decent passing and driving (I wanted to buy him and make him a PF by training JS).

i just meant that inflation already exists and the other thread just showed it coz within a month prices really exploded, so i dont think they need to bring it on.

its me that wants to bring it on!! even though i have a small roster and so cant really cash in..

yeah my man was supposed to play 48mins today as he had no reserve and i said strictly follow depth chart... he still got replaced.... :-(

oh well he is for the future... so if he stays fit i know it wont be long before he kicks some serious butt... ive waited a while to train PG's as i had a 26yo for ages and didnt train that position cos it seemed a waste.... now I can give a few players some much needed OD and continue the rounding process!!
