If two teams that play eachother once during the season end up with identical records who gets home court advantage if they meet in the finals?

Why wouldn't the team, who won the only meeting, get home court? Head to Head, should come 1st, in an instance of a tie.

Probability of this happening would be extremely low. It'd be very interesting to see the outcome if it happened though.

Well, yes, but then the ultimate tiebreaker would depend on the schedule, and I think that's rather unfortunate.
