Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to see the skill level of the staff(doctor, trainer, PR-manager)improve in time or by wage?

Now owners keep paying their staff without gaining anything.. Only losing money.

Or another idea is upgrades for staff owners got to pay for.(but I like the other idea more.)

I can imagine these things already have been suggested but I haven't found them.

Grtz!

Kiks

there is indeed something odd and unrealistic about the staff gaining salary every week... (over a 1500$ a week for a level 7). can't they just get a fixed salary? and the better one is, the higher his salary?
I just saw a level 6 trainer for sale with a salary of 199.000..eeeh... who's gonna sign that guy?? shouldn't there be at least a maximum salary? improvement is a good idea, but what if you're at level 7?

ciao,

P

The guy will be on the "List" for a while and his salary will drop week by week until someone hires him again.

Actually I think the new system is better than the old, where coaches slightly got less and less effective. With the current system you can at least measure his impact and judge when to exchange him.

Zwei Dinge sind unendlich, die Dummheit und das All...

the salary raise that you had to change him from tme to time. With fixed salary you would buy a staff member one time and then forget about the option to do so.

In the past the level of the staffs drops randomly, but the new system have the advantage that it is planable because you how much the salary would raise* every week and can calculate when you need a new one.

* Staff salary increase = 0.75% + (0.25% * staff level) - the percentage are connected to the salary the week before.

Check the Suggestions they are important

Like all online games, there needs to be a money sink, in BB, there are various places this occurs.

Replacing staff is one way to remove money from the economy with staff increasing salaries and the bid-wars that go on with low salary staff, this helps prevent inflation on the transfer market..

Of course.. if you choose minimal investment in staff, you suffer in other areas =)
