Hello,
I know there were many threads about in-game control, and if I remember it right, the main reason for the disagreement for this idea was that maybe you will not be able to come and watch the game and the other player will.
I don't know if this idea has already been suggested. Here it is: in the page of making your tactics, players for the game and more... There will be a button that if you agree to in-game control in the specific game that you are in it's page, you will click at this button. Near the button, there will be a message that says if the other player has agreed to in-game control or not. As tactics and players that will start the game, you will be able to change this button till 15 minutes before the game starts. Only if both players agreed to in-control game, the option will be open and you will be able to manage you're breaks, changing players and more...
Maybe there will be an announcement in the BB-Mail or in the news page or somewhere that will tell you if there will be a in-game control (I mean that it will show in the 15 minutes that you can't change the options any more...)
What do you say?

Sorry but this idea will never work for the following reasons.
1. Games are simulated before the game even starts. So it would require an entire rewrite of the whole system to enable live tactics. Too much work.
2. What happens if one person plans on being there for the game, but isn't able to be online because he forgets, or gets called in to work, or is in an accident, or some other unforeseen event occurs. In all cases he will be severely disadvantaged.
3. What happens if one person's internet gets disconnected whilst being online during the game?
4. There are too many problems with this idea, and it is far too hard to implement.
Sorry but it will never happen :(

There are problems that I didn't think about, like problems with the simulating of the game and more problems that people in my country forum said, but I don't think that this is an impossible suggestion. We can do this option with restrictions: like every team will be able to do an in-control game once in a season, and you will not be able to change the tactic, just the players and maybe just 2 players per game, or 1 break per game... I didn't think about the simulating, but if you can only change players and breaks and also in a limited times, and this in-game control will be limited for once per a season, maybe it will be okay. I know that it is hard to do, and I suggested it with an option to add things like restrictions, or of course agree\disagree.. I just thought a button like that will solve maybe a bit of the problems that were talked about in the past about this subject.

There´s a simple reason why your idea doesn´t make much sense to me:
this game is not meant to be what you´re asking for. Never was. And most likely never will be. It´s a different game you´re asking for, not a "small change".
