My suggestion is for the Scouting Combine and Group Demonstration to be available as soon as the draft list is available. I don't see why we should have to wait until the all star break to have these features available.
At the moment it is pointless to scout before the all star break as it is just wasting points.
There is absolutely no good reason that we can't use the scouting combine and group demonstration early in the season.
