Folks,

I understand similar threads of expereince been posted from the past but how important is having high 'experience' players on your team in BB? I used to hate having aged players on my team but it seems they are the ones who are quite useful (with their high experience) when the game is on the line.

1.) Can experience make up in areas where the player have relative low skills? (Ie. atrocious handle but less turnovers?)
2.) Less fouls and less chance of getting injured (Although it was previously mentioned injury is random)?

i think this thread fit better in the help section, even when it could lead to a general discussion ;)

So now to your questions:

1.) I think it helps in all areas, and maybe a old Center without handling won't put the ball on the floor that often because XP is a lot about decision making but should also give the player a boost in clutch situations.

2.) less fouls maybe, but i am pretty sure that the chanche of injury is the same.

I don't know about experience helping with fouls... I've got a guy with 10 in experience who's been ranked #1 in my league and division in fouls for the last few seasons. (Currently #129 in the world for PF/48.) I'd hate to think what he would've been like as a less experienced player if this is him being smarter about fouls!

In your case, I am just thinking if his experience still not high enough to overcome his 'agressiveness'. As you said, he is an 'agressive' one throughout (commit alot of fouls) his career.

For example, I have a player with OD at 19 and ID at 12 but with an experience level of 2. He still committed 5 fouls from his most recent game. Is he being too agressive or because of the tactc (Look inside), I am not sure...
