Hello i have 4 SGs I am training, their jumpshots are 10 10 10 10 level. Their jumprange skills are 7 7 7 4. What should I train Jumpshot or Outside shooting? What Jumprange is considered good for Shooting Guards?

i personally like the range 20% below the Jumpshot abilitiy. So i would prefer 8 Jump range at their current state, and especially the dude with 4 range needs some training(even when the other maybe end to have JS = JR)

I am wondering about that guy with 4 jumprange range. Maybe it is worth to do one position training for him? What is difference between 2 position and 1 position training? I heard it is 60% and 100% respectively. Is it true?

Yes it is true, sometimes it takes longer to receive pops due to 2 position training. Notice i said "Sometimes" , depending on the level of your trainer. I think 2 position trainer is faster with level 5 or higher, than it is with level 4 and under, though i may be mistaken.

Maybe someone with more knowledge can correct me if i'm wrong. Though at times, even when i had level 4 trainer and i did 2 pos training c/pf's, i think it was last season; It tooke about a week or two to get a pop. Overall though, its possible that the level of your trainer may make it faster to get a pop in 2 pos training. But yes generall speaking 2 pos is slow.

I don't know their potential. But maybe it makes sense to keep his JR lower compared to the other trainees and make a PG out of him (or sell him at some point so the new owner can decide).

To be precise:
1. For any training regimen that has one position and two position options, a player will receive a larger skill increase in the one position version for any given training week. The two position option, obviously, allows for training of more players at a reduced rate.

2. For any training regimen other than free throws, stamina and game shape, a higher trainer level will always give more training for a given training week than a lower level trainer.

When you're comparing different players, even with the same level of trainer, same training regime and same amount of minutes played, their sublevels and the elastic effect can make a real difference on how frequently you see skill pops.

I would train JR. This is because JS will also increase if you do this. I would sell the one with 4 JR, becuase it would take at least 6 weeks of single position training to get his JR to 7.

I prefer to have a players Js at 13 and JR at 11 or 12. You can get this if you train JR.
