This is an invite to get this seasons' teams (Season 16) talking in Div III.3.
What to talk about? Ourselves? Our journey to reach or be relegated to, Div III?
This is my third season. I have a good friend who managers a Div II team (Western Titans) who has also acted as a mentor along the way. As a member of the Indian U21 National Team coacjing staff, I act as a mentor for mangaers for potential U21 players. I also chat regularly with members of the Fishbowl PL, with fellow managers being represented across Div III, II and ABBL. While my own experience continues to grow, I enjoy speaking with managers about tactics and everything BB.
I am tanking this season and the next...you may all like to remember this fact. lol
