I found a guy who looks almost as good as can be. 18 year old, 6', 5 ball skill, 5 ball potential, A-. What does this mean as far as salary and potential?

MVP potential or better, with about 4k salary. Nice prospect if you can get him.

I'm interested in the expected difference between a guy rated A and A-, seeing as this is my first draft where I actually know something.

I have a prospect who is 18 yo, 6', 5 ball skill, 4 ball pot, grade A. Obviously his potential is going to be lower, but does the fact that his grade is rated A suggest he'll have a higher starting salary/skills? His stat line was pretty good.

Thanks for the help.

he'll have lower salary, yes (perennial allstar or superstar), but his salary will be a bit higher - about 4.5k. Still a nice prospect, then ;)
