I'd go with A also... he's shorter and will have better Handling than Player B, look at the TOs. Shooting and scoring can be off but TOs and fouls tend to correlate much closer to a players real abilities. Player B does look like he might have some good Big Man skills though 9 boards in 33 minutes isn't to shabby. Everything else isn't too impressive. 14 shots to get 17 points, meh.
Player A will train Guard skills faster, so he's the better trainee. Player B might be better right out of the box though. But not by much.
