Second Team:
Canada Purple Haze BC
Coach subbed out PG after 36 minutes in blowout
despite strictly follow depth chart

In Scrimmage this week I need
perfect 36 - 12 split if possible or REAL CLOSE

what's the best way to achieve this?

Another blowout, with the guy who should play 12 minutes being plugged in as reserve only (starter also playing backup).

If you don't think you'll blow out your opponent, play the guy who needs 12 minutes as backup and reserve and pray that the minutes he'll get are close enough.

strictly follow depth chart either way.

Most blowouts using strictly follow will end up with an almost even minute distribution, something close to 26/22 or even 25/23. If you want the 36/12 split you need to setup a scrimmage against a team you should win by 10-12 points max. If its a really close game the starters might get left in even longer like 42 minutes.

edit: I misread the first sentence, I don't have experience using this method with the starter/starter/reserve so you could be right
