I need help on plans to train him

Position: Center
DMI: 8600
Age: 19
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: all-time great
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: awful Handling: pitiful
Driving: atrocious Passing: average

Id sell him and hope that someone bites about 1.8 Million on him.. or so.

Im not sure on how much you could get out of him, but looking at your team you could buy more guard prospects and train guards. Build up your team and shoot for a promotion and make more money.

I'd definitely sell him before he turns 20. He'll never come close to reaching his potential at this point.
