That guy isn't worth training(or even keeping to be honest). Training a 32 yr old takes a while... I'd suggest that you find a guy younger guy with similar skills(not that hard to do)

Check the Suggestions they are important

At 32 years old, he's at the point where he will start experiencing skill drops due to age

having old player isn't a bad idea in my eyes(they are cheap, so it is difficult to sell him and get a similiar younger one), as long as you don't train them. But he could find a player with a btter skill contribution, maybe more od and PS instead of range or with balanced shooting.

the older they get the harder it is for them to get trained..
u might spend all season training this 32 year old and hell never get better.

it is not so ugly to train those old guy, my 29 year old trainee had three pops in the last 5 weeks ;) But yes that was exceptional, but i think 4-5 pops each season are quite normal for him, so he make at least 2 with 32.(and i would guess 3)

When i began playing in BB, i took a whole season training inside skills on my young C along with the team captain, which was 31 at the time...He popped once...So i guess that if you have a young trainee which is the main man on your training, probably won't hurt having an oldie by his side...although there won't be any advantages as well...
