Hey hey, :)

I want to ask how could I train them the best:

The first one is a Shooting Guard now:

Weekly salary: $ 5 492
Role: rotation player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 25100
Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: mediocre
Driving: average Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious

And the second one (Small Forward):

Weekly salary: $ 4 702
Role: rotation player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 27100
Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: respectable
Driving: strong Passing: inept
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious

I already train one player as a guard. Is it possible to train the second one as a Small Forward while training the two other players a guards?

Greetings, Jessi. :)

generally speaking, yes, it is possible (and often necessary) to train an SF trainee on guard positions. However, the second guy is less talented than the first, and has had no inside skill training so far. He's very short to boot. Better make all three of them guards, then you can train them as far as you like (and as far as is affordable and necessary for your team)

Oh okay, thanks fpr the answers. Then I will train them as Guards. But, should I really train passing at first? To my first trainee guard I got the advice to train defense and afterwards passing or jump shooting...

i think passing or maybe Jump Range was a good next training, they advanced a bit in OD which should be ok for the beginning.

I would train OD to 11 first... then JR to 9-10, then passing to like average or respectable y0ou want to get OD and JR out of the way for a while.

I agree that they both need passing training. I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say that their OD is good enough, though. You might want to squeeze out one or two more pops there before the end of the season, but I wouldn't argue about it if you decided to move on to passing right now.

Either way, I'd say that you should take passing and JR up to 9-10 next. That would probably account for pretty much all of their age 19 training and some of their age 20 training (if you wait until next season to start). After that, I'd go back to a Pressure, Jump Shot, OnevOne rotation.
